Rates: All Inflatable pricing includes free* delivery, set-up and pick up within the Dalton, GA area perimeter of 15miles/21minutes from our location. (*an additional  transportation fee may apply if your location is outside of this perimeter). J.D. Quijano Inflatables, LLC. is here to provide the Dalton Community and surrounding cities with the coolest top quality inflatables! We have new Inflatables. All our equipment/Inflatables were just purchased late Aug 2018! We are insured and strive for a timely delivery.

 

 

Rain Policy:  J.D. Quijano Inflatables’ policy is that a customer can cancel the delivery with no charge in the event of rain. (No refund of deposits) deposits will be held for one year and can be used on future rentals within the one year of when the deposit was sent. The consumer understands there is no refund if they decide to accept the Inflatables or product. The units are still usable if it does rain. J.D. Quijano Inflatables recommends that in light rain or showers it’s fine for kids to jump. If the rain becomes heavy, have the kids exit the Inflatable unit and wait for the rain to stop. The Inflatable units will accumulate water, and it will bubble at the seams which is normal so have an adult or teen go inside the inflatable unit with a towel and dry out the unit and its ready for use again! Inflatable units should be inflated when the pick-up driver arrives to pick up so it can be ready to be vacuumed and cleaned. 

 

Q: Can we use silly string while playing in the Inflatable unit?

A: No, absolutely no silly string is allowed near the inflatable unit as it will damage the inflatable and cause the Fire retardant on the inflatable to deactivate. Our inflatables are flame-retardant and lead free.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: If cancellations are made up to 4 days prior to the party/event, there will be no charge (any deposits will be held in your name for one year for a future booking. Deposits are non-refundable). If you cancel within the 4 days prior to the party/event, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged to the credit card on file or must be mailed in or paid electronically to J.D. Quijano Inflatables, LLC. If you cancel at the door or the driver has already been dispatched then you lose the entire payment and deposit or will be charged a $38-$65 re-stocking fee.

 

Q: Are your inflatable units clean and safe?

A: Yes! J.D. Quijano Inflatables is committed to providing top quality and safe Inflatables. In order to do so, We clean and vacuum our inflatable units every time we pick them up after each event! We buy from trusted Manufactures who build inflatables with high quality material and build with safety in their minds. Inflatables have safety steps on the front and safety nets.

 

Q: How do I know that you'll show up?

A: J.D. Quijano Inflatables, LLC. is quickly building a reputable company, and has already provided party services for many satisfied happy clients. We are committed to making your party/event fun and as trouble free as possible! We will also call/message the day before the event to confirm your delivery. 

 

Q: How many children should use the inflatable unit safely?

A: Inflatables can accommodate anywhere from 8 to 10 children under twelve years of age depending on the Inflatable. If there is older and larger occupants, the greater the risk of overcrowding and injury. A  recommendation of no more than 4 to 6 teenagers and less than 5 adults per unit is recommended. All Inflatables have stepping platforms for easy access into the inflatable unit. PLEASE supervise your guests, in particular young children, to insure their safety and fun time. No shoes, no food items and no sharp or pointy items should be allowed in any inflatable unit. Use common sense; do not deflate the inflatable unit while children are still inside jumping. In case of any malfunction, exit the unit immediately and call us for advice or technical assistance.

 

Q: How Do I pay?

A: J.D. Quijano Inflatables, LLC accepts credit cards, cash or company checks. We require a small deposit of $25.00 when you book via PayPal or any electronically service payment of your choice. The deposit goes towards the total cost of the rental service. You will then have the option of paying cash for the remaining balance or putting it on the same credit card you paid your deposit with or a different card within the time period of when the deposit was paid to the day of the event when setting up the Inflatable unit.

 

Q: What if it rains?

A: We will get a hold of you that morning of the event to discuss rain concerns. There will be no charge to you for a canceled booking due to the weather, and deposits will be good for up to one year for a future booking.

 

Q: Do you provide someone to Staff the inflatable?

A: We do offer attendants to staff the units, they are $25 per hour with a 5 hour minimum.

Q: Is there a deposit required?

A: We do require a small deposit of $25.00 to show good faith and to book the inflatable you are interested in for that specific day so nobody else will book it for that day.

 

Q: How far in advance do I need to book an inflatable?

A: We are always happy to try to accommodate last minute bookings, but we suggest 2-4 weeks before your scheduled party date as mostly everyone books a week before their event so you will be able to book the inflatable you are interested in.

 

Q: Do you deliver to my area?

A: You can go to our delivery areas chart to get a feeling of how much we charge to your city location. In order to give you in exact transportation fee for delivery outside of the Dalton, GA area perimeter (15miles out / 21 minutes out), you will need to send us the address where your event will be taking place. You can call/text or email us for delivery information to your location. We generally deliver anywhere within the Dalton area for a free delivery if within 15 miles/21minutes from our location.

 

Q: Do you set up in parks?

A: You may have to contact the park authority to determine the requirements needed to set up an inflatable unit in your area. Its possible you will also need to rent a generator or gas blower to power the unit if no wall outlets are nearby. We can rent a generator to you or you may use your own. It is the consumers responsibility to check with the park for size and inflatable requirements. Generators approximately last 5-7 hours if your party is longer than that time period you will need to provide gas for the extra time.

 

Q: How much space do I need?

A: Please check on the description of each inflatable to see the dimensions of the inflatable you are interested in or you can call/text or message us to provide you the dimensions of the inflatable. Most all Inflatables fit comfortably on most back yards or two car driveways. Some of the bigger inflatable units take up much more room, so you would need to measure just to make sure!

 

Q: How much space do you need to bring the inflatable in?

A: Let us know if you have any concerns of bringing in the inflatable unit to the desired set up location. A standard walk through gate of about 3 feet is fine. We take the inflatable unit rolled up and wheel it in on a Dolly. Some of the bigger units may require bigger entrances.

 

Q: What type of surface do you need to set up on?

A: We can set up on dirt, lawns, asphalt or concrete. Under no circumstances can we set up an inflatable unit where the inflatable unit could be a safety risk to a child or our equipment.

 

Q: Does the blower need electricity? How much does it use?

A: Yes. We will bring up to a 25ft to 100 ft extension cord if necessary with us. Then, a standard 110v outlet needs to be near the set up area to plug into. Even though the blower runs continuously, it only uses approximately 11-14 cents of electricity per hour! If there is no electricity available, you can provide your own generator, or you can rent a generator from us.  

 

Q: What time do you deliver & pick-up the inflatable unit?

A: Our current rental period is 10 hours. Normally, we will bring the inflatable unit out in the very morning after 8:00 AM, but we usually don’t pick up the inflatable unit until the next morning unless you let us know to pick it up in the evening before it gets dark. When keeping the inflatable throughout the night, the inflatable unit has to be in a safe location and the consumer understands they are responsible for the cost if stolen or damaged. If your event will be taking place at a home we can deliver as early as 8:00 AM and pick up can be up to 3 hours after your stated pick up time. If this would be a problem let the person delivering the inflatable know or send us a message, email, or call us. There is usually a delivery time window of 1-2 hours. If you desire to have an inflatable delivered at an exact time with no delivery window there is an additional $35 fee.

 

Q: Can we keep the inflatable unit throughout the night?

A: Yes but the inflatable unit must be set up in an area that is fenced and locked up or a backyard. J.D. Quijano Inflatables, LLC reserves the right to deny this service if necessary. J.D. Quijano also reserves the right to pick up the inflatable unit before or during the overnight time period portion if we believe there is reason that our property is at risk of theft or injury.
